Ordering a Banner

Triathletes banner Suck an elf banner flying pigs banner Dunstable kites banner In patriam banner Brighton banners
A few examples of advertising and club banners.
These are ideal for outdoor events, tall and attention-getting, and easy to manage. The top of the banner curves over so that the message is always visible even if there is no wind...
The poles telescope to just over a metre long, so that they are easy to carry.
I can make lettering and logos in a wide range of colours, and lengths from 3 metres to 9 metres. Most are either 5 or 7 metres. (The length is that of the pole, banners are a little shorter...)

To order a banner...
Decide what you would like on it, and colours. I can copy your logo or lettering style, but may recommend that the lettering is made bolder for better visibility. I will do my best to match colours, but there is a limited palette available. (No Pantone numbers, please!) Bear in mind that white gets filthy very quickly.
Bold contrast is good in banners- red on black, royal blue with yellow, orange with purple, etc. Subtlety can be wasted. There is no limit on the number of colours in one banner.
The first image above is my own banner from 2002; as you can see, it is rather bright.
If it helps, download the picture here to play with. Email or post your design for a quote and delivery time.

Lettering
The letters are visible on both sides but obviously backwards on the back; so think about how you want them arranged. (Many people have 2 banners, one left, one right.)
Starting at the top and lettering downwards is good (a), as most people can read these both ways round, and many letters are symmetrical. See 'Portsmouth Triathletes' above. If you letter across the banner, the span is quite narrow- good for short words but difficult for longer ones. 'Leaf Arts', above, and (b) and (c)

If you letter up (In Patriam, above) and (d) or down (e) the banner, think about how you want this reversed for the second one.....
Logos and pictures are better near the top.

There is no limit to what I can do, but please be aware that if the image you require is copyright to a third party, I will need written permission to use it...
