These profound skills reduce stress & increase our energy, body awareness, relaxation, suppleness, poise, focus, serenity & confidence. Regular practice is not only fun and a beautiful way to move the body, it also becomes a journey of self discovery and fulfilment for men & women of all ages.
The Norwich Tse Taiji & Qigong Club offers a standard & purity of teaching second to none, as our lineage stretches back centuries to the very origins of these internal arts. Senior Instructor Julian Wilde warmly invites you to join us in our regular classes and enjoy the benefits of practicing tai chi and qigong in your daily life.
All classes are friendly and open to beginners at any time. We try very hard to cater for men & women of all ages and ability levels and to create a family feeling.
Join at any time - you'll be taught at your own pace. You are also welcome to come and watch any of the classes and ask questions.

Please note that, to protect the purity and standard of teaching, the Tse Association has an annual membership fee of £45. This includes a training shirt (different colour and motto every year), discount at seminars, and a year's subscription to the excellent Qi magazine; which features articles on the internal arts, Chinese culture & folklore, medicine, diet, exercise, philosophy etc. This membership fee is due after three lessons and may be paid by instalment if necessary. The membership applies to all classes except the beginners 24 step taiji sessions.

We also regularly hold seminars.
Private tuition is usually available.
