I am unlikely to get many more of these. The only source is now from breaking machines, and I don't do much of that. Some are really quite poor (note that what you see is the item you will get) and all need cleaning. If you want an immaculate machine it's easier to buy a good one than restore an indifferent specimen..
Please note that all of these are heavy, and postage to the US will be at least the same amount again..
