Textile Artist
I have retired early from a career teaching art and technology in local middle schools. I have an arts degree and I studied the creative arts in their historical contexts. I also have a degree in art education. My work is generally abstract and hand stitched and represents important events in my life. I have taught adult groups and I am available to teach textiles to beginners and more experienced embroiderers with particular emphasis on creative design.
