Self-Portrait Bag Class - Supply List
Please bring:-
1.5 metres of calico or hand-dyed or plain or plainish fabric for the body of the bag, lining, and strap. You can have 1/2 metre of a different fabric for the lining if you like.
1/2 metre of lightweight cotton or flat polyester batting (wadding). High-loft polyester is NOT suitable.
Matching thread, scissors, pins, etc, the usual sewing kit.
Sewing machine with Walking Foot, Darning Foot (Free-motion Foot), manual, tools, and a fresh needle...
Beads and buttons to embellish the bag.
Fastener if you like (the magnetic ones are good, or a big button, or a big press-stud...(optional).
